I just realized I never explained something.
I deleted a few people a while ago - people I know on the island. I was having a rough time with anxiety and found it really agitating only keeping up with you on some internet journal and not in real life. I would like to be more a part of your lives, preferably in real life, but sometimes I just don't have the guts. Experiencing your lives second hand just feels like a slap in the face.
I only have family members and friends from far off places added at the moment because I know it's the only way that I can keep up with them.
Anyway, I'm sorry.

Dearest friends, family, anyone...
I would like to compile a little reading list for when school lets out. Please recommend a book to me that you particularly enjoyed and tell me why you enjoyed it! Give it to me straight, non-fiction, fiction, it doesn't matter. More than one recommendation would be cool, too.

I just had a run in with Joe Velaidum, the professor for my online Myths of Hate and Evil class, and FOR SOME REASON I was literally starstruck. I was so excited to meet him and to shake his hand. I couldn't even think straight.

My laptop can now connect to a lan line! Now I can configure my Panther Wireless Network so I can connect to the internet on campus! Rawr!!! I'm a happy panther.
My Saturday night has so far consisted of: severe procrastination, very little school work (that will soon change), extreme cereal intake (Kali's mom bought soymilk), and hot cocoa. Saturday nights are usually meant for friends and groovy parties, but tonight I guess I'm meant to study Anthropology, read Plato, and play with Kali's kitty, Zeke. I'm alright with that.

The library is my new home! It's quite cozy and it has internet access and... plants. If by any chance I'm not in my dorm room (419 Bernadine Hall, telephone number 626-4639!) I'll most likely be here.
In other news...
I'm still getting used to the university and res life.
I'm enjoying the majority of my classes.
I am a criminal. Not a very good one, but a criminal nonetheless! (I tried to steal Troy a bagel from the dining hall and failed)
Kali and I are going to attempt working out at the campus gym twice a week and I'm stoked.
I love my boyfriend and every nanosecond we spend together. That's not really news though, is it?
There's more, but my stomach is rumbly and if I don't make it to the dining hall before they close, it's saltine crackers and water for dinner!
